Genocide: This move is unblockable, unavoidable, and the end for anyone I dislike. I draw chakra from around the planet into one shimmering orb. Then, I release the chakra into the sky. It flies into the stratosphere and encompasses the planet in a blazing blue. Then, it falls on whoever the fuck I feel like it falling on by homing in on their chakra signature (I can see these by using the scouter with the Buster Rifle). You die when it goes into your body and draws every bit of chakra from your body back into the earth. This can be done to masses of people around the globe with a single thought.
