T's Frozen Observatory

*Stands alone on a single foundation remaining of Ice, shaking his head.* He's always so destructive when he's mad.... *Gathers more water from the sea, and forms again the pathway forst, then the foundation of ice. He forms walls next, enforcing them with diamond ice. Next he furbishes the rooms, each with its own set of ice furnature, and this time adds a room downstairs. With translucent walls, this sparring hall is almost like an aquarium as well. Enforced with diamond ice so as not to melt from the water's heat or be shattered on instant, it's the perfect place for deep sparring or meditation. Many small water-type pokemon can often be seen swimming around it.*
