The gifts of Bloom

She is an expert when it comes to lightning, vyt that doesn't mean she couldn't use some work. combined with her Plasma traits, her lightning techniques would get her far, someday.

Earth Abilities:

Bloom is an earth bender for the most part. She can bend and control earth, as well as shaping it, like toff in the avatar, only to bend metal would take a higher rank.

This section doesn't really have a jutsu list, especially since hand signs aren't needed to bend earth, or manipulate it.
