one and the same

ok..here i will explain to every one what they are. every single ninja in this village..unless given the title "legend" is an equal. this means respect your fellow ninja as such.

(note what im abot to say will effect the ranking system with me for ever)

ok as it stands every genin can move at roughly the same speed, every genin can punch..or kick at roughly the same magnitude. to save time ever one in the same group has just about the same stats..now if you characters is older(not by age) but by length on the site then making your character faster..or stronger is ok

note:all example after this are genin

ninja one(been on the site 1hr) i run around you a mach one

this ninja i being what im going to call it a power bigot...he is new too the site those new too the world and he can move at mach one(755mph) that is unlikely

ninja two (been on a month) i begin to run around you in a circle,becoming blurry with every passing second.

this is what we call being descriptive. this ninja whats it to be noted that im fast and my next move with be hard for you too dodge..but he isn't steeping out of line.

not this does not mean you can do this too a jounin as a genin and expect it to work. this ticks people off and gives them the lee way too pwn you on the next post.

genin one i rush at you at a blindingly fast speed. it would be impossible for you to stop me
