(i took the liberty of reading the rules..so i hope i do this right)

i do not have many jutsu at the time,but i am a water,wind and darkness. my Kekkei Genkai allows me to connect my chakra to things outside of my body. this enables me to control things. im far to weak to control people or large objects..but i have learned to control the elements. i can connect to the water in the area around me or even inside of things(not people..yet) and that same goes for the air. however my ability to connect to the darkness around me is weak. for it cost too much chakra to connect to shadow and darkness so i dont use it that much.

by connecting my natural and water based chakra with the water in the air. i can create thin whip like things of water. once the connection is made i have to use less chakra since i only need natural chakra to control them. there is no beast in side of me that allows me to do this(not that i know of anyways).

update

air needles-by by manipulating the air around me or by generating my own im able to send waves of needles. the needles are made of mostly wind chakra and pierce though the enemy's body cutting them on the inside

rasengan-after training with zeik i was able to perform the move know as rasengan. a sphere shaped ball of chakra.
