Sedgar was born some 20 years ago to a prominent village which was, like most others metioned, unnamed. His family was of a long line of Sannin and Kages, and were known throughout the area as one of the most gifted clans ever seen, time and time again. Sedgar was of the 10th generation of his family's lineage; his father was the current Kage of the village when he was born, as were his fathers before him. Everyone expected this next son of the Vyland line to continue his family's tradition.
But something wasn't quite right.. When the nurses examined the newly born child, they noticed something very shocking - the boy had no Chakra line, nor any trace of one in his body. Of course this caused a massive uproar in the extended Vyland clan as well as the entire Village, but his parents stayed confident in their firstborn son. Like the good parents they fortunately were, they kept the boy, despite the fact that he would not be the one to continue the Vyland family line.
Years passed, and the boy grew. By the time he was around 10, his parents had tried for another boy, yet he now had roughly 6 or 7 sisters instead. (The village and family were hella sexist, what can I say..) The boy still showed no signs of any Chakra capabilities, but he had a growing interest in the workings of Chakra as well as mechanics. On his 11th birthday he created a small metal spider, with enough chakra in it to put up a challenge to an Academy student. His parents were astounded of course, but dismossed it as "commoner" abilities, or hobbies limited to the "normal" humans.
Sedgar could tell that he was a severe outcast from his Village by the time he was 16, as nothing he did to try and interact with its members seemed to work. His father was growing old, and now looking to his nephews to take up the Vyland Kage line, though many of them still hadn't passed the Chuunin exams. And no matter what Sedgar made with his budding and brilliant young mind, it was constantly pushed to the side as meaningless.
Bitter and tired of the simplicity of the Village that had shunned him, he left one summer night. Where to he didn't care, just anywhere but a false home. He constructed and invented many little trinkets, both as toys for children and as handy tools for everyday use. He eventually started constructing items that enhanced the abilities of their user, such as thin layered, but strong skin-armor, and light shoes with speed enhancers at the bottom. He soon realized how resourceful these items could be, in the right hands..
He had heard rumors of the Nightmare Village, and wanted to see what its inhabitants were like. Trudging along with him his bag and a small cart on wheels, with an odd green light from the top, he strolled in and made himself at home. He now wishes to join the community and lend his abilities and masterful mind to those that need or want his inventions. Where his story goes from there, is mystery.
