A neatly written note is pinned to the door with special tape developed by Sedgar, so that it won't be taken down that easily.

General Rules

1. All inventions must be accurately described, to the point where I know exactly what you're talking about.
2. You must provide your own resources - through a mission, a gift, or other.
3. All inventions must be approved by an Anbu or higher. If you are a Higher Up, then it must be approved by a Kage.
4. Anything I make will be put on display as well, should anyone else desire it. Sorry, no "exclusives."
4-A. This still means it needs to be approved for you, and you still need your own resorces.
5. All mechs, contrary to rule 3, are indeed exclusive. (Added after Zeik's notice.)

By order of ZK, anyone found attempting to thief from this facility will disposed of in the most degrading way possible. Don't get dumb. X3
