| Getting right to work, Sedgar lays out a bunch of scrap metal and other parts on a large table. He liked this space - open enough to do work and had all the right resources. He began working on his first of many inventions here in the Nightmare... He started with a personal invention, a modified Pokeball. He recently took out several from the Village's own supply shop, and began dissecting them to see how they worked. After fully understanding the mix of Chakra and Mechanics in the ball, he set to work on making a new one. This had a more thorough and complex chakra network, one with such a signature that would ensure the capture of a pokemon. The inner workings of the pokeball were more luxurious as well, making it more comfortable for the capturee - it would simply not want to leave! Finally, he finished by adding his own V logo at the bottom of it, adding a new paint job to the top, and examining it. There was simply nothing to be done about the M-like symbol at the base though, which was the essence of the device's Chakra pattern. Ah well, perhaps it would serve as a nice detail... Being relatively simple to make, and not taking a lot of Chakra from the chamber he had in his lab, he made several more, for personal use and perhaps for distribution to those that needed it.. | |

| The next invention of his was to be something for probably all ninja to use. He started by carving a curved, four-pointed star shape of metal, sharpening the edges. It started out as a relatively simple shuriken. He then forged two more rings of the same metal, each with various holes in them, the size of small gemstones. He put that aside and began working on something related.. He pulled out several small red gems from his drawer, and put on his gloves and close magnifying glasses. This was delecate work. Using a small chakra embedding laser, connected to the large chamber of pure Chakra energy, he traced a small signature of it within each gemstone. It was set so that they would work together, and to detonate or control the shuriken at its owner's will. Moving back to the shuriken itself, he embedded each of the gems in its many holes, and welded the two rings back onto the main shuriken. He gave it a throw in the vast halls, and commanded it to return to him through the chakra in his gloves. It did so with perfection, and he made several more.. | |

| He then makes one final design before he retires for the night - this one's designed for Security purposes. He first sketches the general design out on a large blueprint, editing and erasing where necessary, doing all the calculations for how this thing will work exactly. Finally seeming to have it in place, he starts making one. The inside of it looks like a small ball, woth two openings, one larger than the other. In one he places a small blue plate, the Chakra pattern on it set to record and transmit where necessary. The second is a larger plate, with a more complex signature, set to float and move the entire device from place to place. After securing those in plcae, he plates it with sleek, white plastic plates, better for mobility and just as a sleek design. Etching his V logo on either side of hit, he activates and marvels at the new security camera. This he makes only one of, to display to a group that may have need for this series.. | |

| Gathering what was left of the scrap metal and parts he had, he developed several small mechanical spiders for assistance and other tasks. Connecting legs to bases, infusing chakra signatures where necessary, they were complete in no time - spiders were his favorite things to build. The end product had the ability to travel long distances undetected, gather excess chakra from around the area as well as other small bits and pieces of metal, and bring it all back to be added to the chakra chamber and deliver the parts. Sedgar made roughly 10 of these, and send a few out to go do some exploring. They also had on them a camera so he could check in on where they are, should any get lost.. | |
