In need of Volunteers

Putting up that notice on the front door of his workshop, just under the rules list, he waited patiently for someone to answer the call.

*a clone appears and knock on the door*

Sedgar raises his head and shouts towards the door. "It's open, come right in!"

Terry has sent a clone which is myself.

Sedgar spins in his chair to face the clone of a shinobi, apparently named Terry, and examines it. "Hm.." He gets up and circles the clone, inspecting it and observing nearly every inch of it. "Tell me.. does this clone body house a chakra source as well?"

well it can but means i would have to share with the original. So ti answer yes if needed i can use charaka

"Hm, well then, I'll start with the basics." He points to a large cylindrical chamber, flowing with what seems to be blue liquid. "This is known as a Chakra chamber, and it's what fuels the devices I create here in the lab. Having no chakra source of my own, I am.. unable to resupply it by any conventional means. This is where you, and possibly others come in. One of the tasks I need from Volunteers of the Nightmare, is a small donation of some of their own Chakra to add to the chamber and fuel my devices."

He paused, letting it sink in. "Now, it's a completely painless and unbothersome operation, and shouldn't take that much Chakra to fill it up completely. But nonetheless, it needs to be fueled. Though if this is a task you'd rather not do, then there's one more I need from Volunteers.."

-_Vash walked in . He didn't knock for some reason even though he probably should have. He had to admit he was rather bored when he saw the sign and decided to check it out.
He forgot who this guy was until he saw him again._-
"O it's you from my library."

You need charaka for your device. I understand that but I need to know what kind of device my charaka is going toward with all due respect sir. I just put charaka in a device with knowing what the device is and what the device is used for.

He nodded in understanding. It was only reational thinking on Terry's part.. "Well, this device is used on;y to store chakra for later use in ither inventions of mine. Things such as specialized weapons, mechs, or other trinkets I come up with. Though I can't say for sure exactly what the chakra you put in would be used for, I can say that it will be changed ince it enters the chamber, into simple, rich, natural chakra, belonging to no one's soul. Also I should say now, that for any task you complete for me in this lab, I'll reward you with an (approved) invention."

He then noticed Vash entering his lab, and had a glint in his eye. He almost smiled at him. "Ah, good to see you again, and this time in person, Vash.."

-_Vash walked up to him as he was talking and pulled his hand from his pocket. He then Held it out to shake Sedgars. _-
"Of course This is the first time we meet. I guess it's similar to the way you are talking to terry how we last met...This machine I am willing to put some of my chakra in there for you If you want. I do not really see how it can threaten anyones life."

*I close my eyes and talk the original*
The original says how much charaka do you need for this project and how do we know you wont use your inventions for evil in the village? He also says if your inventions are used for evil he doesnt want to held responsible for giving you charaka. Lastly the orginal says that he is sorry for asking you so many questions and be a bit hestiate with the situation. He truly wants to help you but he request you answer his questions previous question just spoken of before. After he has confirmation he shall give to your cause openly. No question asked. He hopes you understand.

He extended his hand to finally shake Vash's, giving a firm grip. "Vash, that'd be incredibly helpful, thanks. In fact, if I assume correctly based on your rank, you could even fill up an entire chamber with only a small fraction of your Chakra.. want to give it a try?" He hands him the input nozzle to an empty Chakra chamber right next to the half-full one. "Just focus in it like you would an attack, it'll do the rest."

He then replied to Terry's clone, with a somewhat confused look on his face. "I.. think I get what you said, but that was kinda confuing how you worded it. But, there are a lot of reasons why I wouldn't want to do evil to this village, first and foremost because I myself have no chakra line at all, and even with my inventions I'd be killed in seconds from the power of the higher ups. Another less obvious reason is that my entire line of work in the Nightmare has been directly and fully approved by ZK, and I wouldn't betray him like that.."

"It's great that you got ZK's aproval ."
-_Vash took the nozzel and griped it He closed his eyes. What he was doing the moments before he poured his chakra in was a mystery to anyone but himself. Of course what he was doing was weeding through his chakras Vash was sort of a special case in which he housed so many chakras that it was hard to count For every time he used minds Void to completely absorb his opponent he received there chakra and it was stored in his mind.
Vash found what he was looking for at last. Natural un-tainted chakra .
His hand glew a faint white and he opened his eyes ._-
"Not so flashy But I think that should do it."

Sedgare looked at the now full chamber in expected amazement. "100% in less than a minute.. quite impressive." He moved to grab some items from a large cabinet, and returned moments later. "There's one more thing I'd like to ask you Vash." He opens his hands and reveals two sets of items. One appears to be a Purple Pokeball with an M on it, and the other a Shuriken with small red gemstones embedded in it. There were three of each. "I'd like you to test out these items - the Master Ball and the Boomerang Shuriken."

"O these are for catching pokemon yes?"
-_Vash Picked it one of them up and looked at it with a bit of curiosity._-
" I Have used these before but they were different . Red and white I believe. "

-_He Opened his other hand and a regular pokeball appeared within it._-
"Other then that what exactly is the difference.?"

"Well, these pokeballs were designed with a modified chakra pattern than the normal, red and white pokeballs. These are set to not only provide nlimited comfort to the captured pokemon, but practically ensure that it is caught, no matter how healthy it is at the time. However, I haven't gotten a chance to test them out in the fields myself, so I don't know if they actually do work as they were designed just yet. This is why I'd like you to test them."

Looks like the day was saved by Vash.
*the clone looks at Vash and grins*

-_Vash shrugged and nodded He really wasn't the biggest advocate of the little monsters but he was alright with receiving a better version of the regular poke balls. But then he came to a big realization._-
"You said practically catch any pokemon? Well I have just the tester.. you see I found this small pink one. it stays with me but unlike the rest of them it refuses to go into these devices ..I forget what the thing is called so i'll just transport it here."
-_Vash snapped his fingers and a small mew appeared in the room. It was a little confused at first but then began to fly around the room._-

"Witness."
-_Vash tossed a regular pokeball. It hit the mews head and then pulled it in. but not even a nano second later it popped back out._-
"I'll admit I do not know much about these things ..but this one is rather a stubborn case for such a weak one."

His eyes widened as he realized exactly what he was staring at. He'd been sort of a Pokemon fanatic as a child, and could hardly believe he was staring at Mew right before his eyes. "W-well.. that should prove to be the ultimate test of the Master Ball.. By all means, try it!"

"O you know what this thing is?"
-_Vash asked studying his face. Vash found it to be a little shocked and aww'd but was still clueless as to why._-
"Could you tell my it's name?"

-_Vash tossed the master ball at the mew and again it taped his forehead trapping him inside. The master ball wobbled a bit and eventually stopped. and lay motionless on the ground._-
"Would you look at that."

"Yeah, that's.. that's Mew. From what I've heard it's a Pokemon unlike any other, and it was even thought to be extinct, it's so rare. This one here's probably the only one in existance.. Heh, I just never thought I'd get to see one in real life, it's an honor to have my invention finally be the one to catch one of these. Do treat it well~"

'Is it really that rare ?'
-_Vash said more asking himself. he thought back to when he ran into it on the first time he went out looking for a pokemon. He really didn't know what to do at the time but even though he failed to capture it the thing has been in his house ever since._-
"Well then I shall have to take care of it then wont I. You can borrow him for awhile to do some research on it .. something this rare is best examined I would like to say. But I'll be back for him of course...now on to these shuriken..?

"Well, I'd be honored to be the one to examine Mew, certainly..." He cleared his throat and snapped himself out of his daze, focusing on the second item. "The shuriken I gave you are laced with gemstones, each containing chakra signatures designed for two actions. The primary action is so that the Shuriken returns to the thrower upon hitting a target, which should be simple enough. The second is for more drastic cases, in which the thrower can will it to detonate into tiny shards of metal. This is something that's better tested on a battlefield, of course, so just take them with you and use them when necessary."
