New rules >.> (Took a couple of khams points and elaborated)

More like I am going to explain a few things to you people out there.

I have always said this but now I am putting it on the books.

I would like to start with the point of an RP which some of you do not quite seem to get sometimes.

AN RP IS A FRIGGEN STORY.

Got that. We are generally based around the Naruto universe And you
must assume when you make a new character that he or she is out of the
academy and when they are ranked by one of the great higher ups ,that
you will get a low rank sorry it's the way it should be work your way
up.
I don't care who you are in real life or who your other characters are .. rank up fairly.

Of course through recent events some people were ranked out of the
usual mold and hence breaking the character development factor of the
story aspect of RPing in it's core.

That of course if we take a step back has to do with the fact we may
have "Overlooked" a few profiles in terms of how much a character
should start off with in the abilities department.

I PERSONALLY will not allow that to happen and will now check every
single profile myself and give my annoying oppion on it so we don't
have characters starting out with back storys that make them like anbu
level from the get go.
((ALso After reading Khams thing he will be checking too.))

Make a awesome profile all you want your character is a couple
days old and he will hence be treated as though he has a couple days of
experience and will get ranked as such.

NO favoritism bologna all profiles that start off will be weeded
through to make the rp fair to thous working there buts off with
legit new characters.

You will score points in the long run being a better rper In the fact a good rper can start with basic and work there way up.

AS for dimentional energy and anyother form of this .. it will here by from this moment be absolutly banned from being used.

Why? cause to many people use it to 1. Get around the chakra usage system (Check earlier rule)

and two.. to do whatever they friken want.. a character recently used it to turn himself into a dimension.

This includes anything similar to it. I will be looking out .


Edit--- Since the character Tigen sort of started the chain and is anbu. he is still able to use it . However Of course we are going to be working with him to limit some of the more bull shitty stuff.

sadi is also anbu and has been using a slight bit for a long time responsible so she is fine here too.

For the record though, Tigen is still very creative and I know he will still kick ass without dimensional energy, since he still has so much other stuff. and Kaerei and Luminon are factors of his creativity too.

you may have not meant this, but I will say this just to be clear. and yes this is a very nice chart and I hope it i read.

Don't misunderstand Tigen can still use dimentional energy as Long as i don't catch any bullshit that doesn't make sence .

That applies to all else though dimentional energy is something you are not allowed to delve into anymore.
