Exploration..

Lucius appeared at the doorstep of a certain Aiyu Motto.. he didn't know her himself but had heard of her, and even then not much. Knowing full well that it was still late at night, he gave a calm but effective knock on the door.

..perhaps she didn't hear him, or was most likely asleep. He sighed, and began to leave; he'd have to try some other time.

I float down with my umbrella onto Aiyu's roof. I look around and whistle quietly. "Nice spot...Lucky." I look down and see Lucius walking away. With a feral grin I pop into my younger self before pouncing off the roof at Lucius.

Lucius turns his head slightly at the new presence in the area. He recognized Sadira's chakra signature, but not the body it was housed in. "And what might you be doing here.. Wolf-Chan?"

Aiyu woke with her kunai in hand, "What was that!" She threw back her covers and she got out bed, she put on her clothes and went down stairs to see what the fuss was all about.

I growl happily and climb atop his shoulders. "I'm here to bug chica~! Et tu?" My ears twitch at the sounds inside and I turn to the door.

Lucius says nothing and closes his eyes as Sadira mounts on his shoulders. He still wasn't over the incident a few weeks abo regarding Shisho..

"I'm here on business, and nothing more." He noticed her ears twitch, and began walking back to the door in case she heard something inside.

Aiyu opened the door. "What can I do for ya?"

I frown as I watch the house. There was a strange scent in the air, but I couldn't identify it. I take a shot in the dark though and with a sigh hop off him. "I see...I'll leave you to it then..." I wave a quick hi to Aiyu before going back to her roof.

He was somewhat relieved to have Sadira off his back (ahaha, double meaning~) and continued on towards the front door. "My master seems to have taken an interest in you... I'd like to know why.."

"An interest? what are you getting at," Aiyu leaned against the frame of her door in her robe. She looked at her guest wondering why he'd ask such a thing. Interest..huh?

(see, every one wants to know that question. XD)

Lucius sighed and held out his hand. He couldn't exactly explain his motives or reason in words, and preferred to communicate through chakra exchange in this case. "Your hand, if you would.."

"Such a gentleman" she mumbled underneath her breath.
She extented her hand. I wonder what's coming, I'm surpised the suspence hasn't killed me yet she gave a lightly chuckle as she took in a short deep breath.

A surge of Lucius's energy went through Aiyu's arm as their hands met, but it stabilized into an empty sort of energy after a few seconds. Lucius was now examining her own chakra structure... Ice and Darkness... a hint of something else in there as well, shockingly much like his own Negation energy. He opened his eyes, still holding her hand. "I'm going to send you something.. tell me if you recognize it." Not even waiting for a response he send a shot of his Negation energy, the darker form of Light and Dark, into Aiyu's arm. It was nothing harmfull, but contained the essence of that energy's nature.

"I-I'm not sure what it is but it reminds me of a Mother and Father...." her chest felt all funny, like something was moving inside her it wasn't the energy but it felt fimilar to her.
"What is this?" she really had no clue as to what this force was, it reminded her of her parents because her Mother was always nice but her father always gave her those cold stares. He always hated me.
"I dont recoginze it...at all what-- is it?"

Lucius stopped, and let go of her hand. "It's known as Negation.. and I've had this cursed power since I was born." He remembered his own parents now, and their bloody fate.. "You mentioned a mother and father... what of them?"

"There dead...." for once she wanted to be cold.
"They died, my mother meet her demise in a horrible way..."
"She was chopped into bit's by a physco..." she smiled gently, the last memory of her own mother was when she tucked her into her bed.

"My father was burned alive, but he got what he deserved after all who'd want a horrible daughter."
She sighed gentle once more trying to gain self control.

"I finally shut him up that night so long ago, I was turning 12 that day my best friend Miki came to house late that night, when she knocked on the door I answered it. I'd gotten out of bed because my folks were yelling as usual." Her eye's grew cold, they held no emotion only slient tears fell from her cheeks.

"I told her to go home, she wouldn't listen she wanted to comfort me but I slammed the door in her face" "I heard a loud scream, ran to see what it was but my father yelled at me to go to bed, he was crying I smiled finding his misery to be my own happiness". "That morning I found my mother's head sleeping right next to me. I cried and screamed then he came into my room what was I to do." she looked up at him staring into his eyes.

"I released it...the monster. My monster within me" "They decided to just set him on fire and let him feel the pain that he caused both me and my mother so many years ago, it was so long ago."

"..so then you have bloodlust, locked away in this body of yours.." He tucked his hands in his pockets, and looked forward. "May I come inside? I've much to discuss with you given this news.."

"Fine." she smirked, she had a quite uplifting tone of voice as she spoke that one simple word.
"Welcome to my house," she looked at him. She went into the house, walking over to the couch,
"The names Aiyu." "And you are?"

"Lucius.." He walked into the house, but didn't sit anywhere. Instead he began talking.

"When I was young, I first became aware of my powers in chakra. The day it happened, it drove me temporarily insane, in a bloodlust. My poor parents were among the victims of my onslaught. I later found that drive and madness as the Negation energy I wield now.. the imperfect fusion of both Light and Dark, where darkness reigns." He paused for a bit, allowing her to take this in. "While no other being exists inside me, the Negation had a mind of its own.. a bloody one." He then turned to face her directly, a very serious look in his eyes.

"It seems we have some common ground, Miss Motto."

"Indeed we may. but as that may be. The people inside me protect me from my insanity of my mothers death."
"The bloodlust within me is only from the memory of my mother and nothing more."

"Common ground might not be enough, what do you want with with me...Mr. Blackthorn"
She looked at him, he was need of something she couldn't put her finger on it but it felt quite heavy sort to speak.

"I'm here to provide a key to your powers.. and you are to help explain my own.. I know not why I have this.. curse of Negation, but I've been using it so freely these past years. You seem to have the answers to yours, but not the drive to use them. I'm asking for an exchange of knowledge.. a melding of these two energies. Negation felt eerily familiar to you.. did it not?"

"It did but how should I help you. I mean what was going through your mind when you were going insane?" Aiyu watch Lucius carefully she didn't want to offend him in anyway shape or form. Maybe she should could express to him the feelings of her mothers death, she pondered on that but quickly dismissed it.

"You need to understand why you went insane with power, there has to be something behind it all Lucius."

"All I remember was the mix of terror, rage and simple desire to destroy.. it was, how would you say.... demonic." That last word had an ominous echo to it, one that Lucius himself hadn't even indended. "Aiyu, if it's not too much trouble.. could you show me the state you were in on that day?"
