Below the sea

There is a transparent dimensional rectangular box that leads to an underwater paradise directly below Tigen's dome. In this paradise, you may see the underwater life and spar in the vast battlefield, or just sit and relax and enjoy the scenery.

Tigen and Fubuki warp into the excessively large and beautiful training stadium a hell of a long ways under the sea. The pressure seemed to have no effect on the dimensional glass, which looked exactly like normal glass except with an odd sheen to it... But no matter "Now, Fubuki, is there anything in specific you want of Tigen?"

*Fubuki looked around in amazement, but he knew answering Tigen came first.*

I would ask if you could help me with my cloak abilities....since liquid energy is your thing...

*Fubuki presses his fingers together. His cloak expands upward, and follics around like a cat's tail.*

My cloak seems to be so similar to your scraf in many ways....I would hope you could help me not only master t, but find out more about it.

Tigens scarf extends outward to Fubuki and grabs his chain, pulling him closer "Hm... Tigen might be able to help you with these things... Perhaps in a way you may not be expecting." Tigen drops Fubuki. "First things first, how much can you do with your cloak already? List ALL details."

*Standing back up, Fubuki's cloak splits into multiple strands. Each strand races through the sky with great speed until they stab into the ground, penetrating it. Electricity then surged into the strands, making then seem like llightning bolts, then they sliced ata random position in the air, sending out multiplt waves of lightning through the air. The strands then forged back together, and at Fubuki's signal, meteoriotes flew out the extended cloak, exploding onn impact with the ground. Right after aregular sized meteor flew out the cloak but before it could explode, Fubuki once again extended his cloak out to it, wrapping it up. Once the meteor was wrapped up, the cloak released itself, but the meteor was now gone. Thecloak returned to its normal size and Fubuki gave a sigh, showing he was abit tired.*

Phew.....Those are thethings I can do for the most part.....or do you need more?

Tigen's scarf stretches and grabs Fubuki by the head, then dangles him about "Nyaaaaah... Is there anything specific you WANT to do? Tigen knows how to do many things with this scarf... Perhaps focus your chakra attacks into the cloak so that it acts as a third hand for attacking?" Tigen flings Fubuki somewhere "Mnyeh... Tigen doesn't knowwwww~ Give Tigen some info." He floats backwards.

*Shakingly, Fubuki stands back up, brushing himself off.*

Yes, certainly...*cough* eh hem...I would want to know how to use the cloak as a thrid hand, but I would also want to learn.....

*Fubuki didn't want to say it, it was one of Tigen's specialties. He tried to go around the question with a question first.*

Well, before I continue....how much would you be willing to teach me? But I do know for certain I would like to learn how fuse my energy into it, making it more manageable and sturdy..

Tigen floated right side up, staring at Fubuki intensely "Tigen will teach you whatever you are ready to learn... But what you ask may be of the power level of Jounin... but you never know unless you ask." Tigen looked off to the side, then back at Fubuki "However, Tigen will gladly be able to teach you how to use it as a third arm and how to fuse energies with it! That's what Tigen loves to do!"

*Fubuki gave a ighthearted smile and looked at Tigen.*

Thank you Tigen! and as for the other thing.....would you....be willing to teach me the arts of nightmare energy? Sorry for asking for too much, but that was my other question.....

Tigen's friendly expression suddenly turned dark "Nightmare... energy...?" Tigen could hear the voice inside of him [Do it, Tigen.. Let me take over... He wants to learn Nightmare energy, and only I can teach him that! You are still learning... learning from me, by the way. Let me take over... let me eat-- teach the boy...] Tigen shook his head "Tigen will... try to teach you that. If it is possible." Tigen coughed a bit, which should not happen since Tigen has no organs, but his flame was black and red... at least for a split second when he coughed. It reverted back to normal "Ahem... SO, anyway. First things first, time to learn about using it as a third hand... Are you able to shape your cloak into a hand? And if you are, how well are you able to control it?"

* Fubuki thought he saw Tigen's flame black for a second....but it may have been his imagination. He had his cloak split into 5 separate strands, each spiraling into the other, forming a hand with the tip of each strand as a finger and thumb.*

This is the only way so far I know how to make a hand, I can't do it yet any other way...

*The hand flexes its fingers before going into a fist.*

Tigen's eyes narrowed "Good, but..." Tigen slammed his scarf into Fubuki's cloak, twisting it in the opposite direction of how it was swirled together "What if Tigen does that?" Tigen lifts Fubuki by his cloak "You should try a more solid hand... You could most likely do that if you learn how to reinforce your cloak, but for now, try to make a solid hand." Tigen Drops Fubuki, warping back a bit. "Again!"

*The cloak extends, and begins to expand outward this time. it begins to bend inward t give itself fingers, and a hardened piece sticks out on the side, being the thumb. Fubuki was indeed manipulating his cloak, but it was causing a bit of stress to keep it this way.*

Ugh...I, think this is it....

*Due to the amount of stress from holding the cloak in such a position by itself, it began to lose some grip.*

Tigen shook his head "Hm. You lack control. YOU NEED EXERCISES!" Tigen makes many many MANY pumpkins appear in this giant underwater.. place. "Now, try to keep that as long as you can... And Tigen will throw the pumpkins at you and see if you can catch them. If you catch them, try to break them. This will increase your control and power." Tigen flings a superfast pumpkin past Fubuki's head "HAHAHA, just kidding. Okay, seriously... GO!" Tigen flings a pumpkin which floats super slow towards Fubuki.

*The hand shakingly reaches toward the pumpkin. Once grabbed, Fubuki increases the chakra temporarily, crashing the pumpkin in the hand.*

This seems simple!

*Fubuki continued to grab the pumpkins, and since they are so slow, he can steady and gradually build up edurance in the arm.*

Tigen suddenly became pissed "SIMPLE? TIGEN WILL SHOW YOU SIMPLE, YOU CONDESCENDING MOTHA FUKKAAAAA!!!" All of the Tigen launched Pumpkins at Fubuki a lot faster now, and they were going about 1 every 10 seconds. Tigen was still within reason.. for the moment. The pumpkins were also bigger "TRY THAT FOR SIMPLE!"

*The first pumpkin flew right by Fubuki, for he was caught off guard. as he started to become adjusted to the new speed, he began to block more pumpkins now, but the hand was too small to grasp them.*

Tch, more expanding? lets give it a try then...


*The fingers on the hand began to stretch outward, overall stretching the hand out. with a bigger hand, Fubuki reached to grab the next pumpkin, he caught it, but it was much harer now, since his longer fingers were now abit flimsy.*

Tigen let up for a moment, waiting for Fubuki "Now... Crush it..." He had the next 230836948 pumpkins ready to go, though.

*The fingers continued to exspan to cover the radius of the pumpkin. once it was wrapped up, he began to squeeze the pumpkin, but the hand got a bit shaky for only a moment.*

Ugh...

*The pumpkin started to drip slightly, then it finally busted.*

Tigen smiled "Took your ass long enough. Now, try throwing one back at Tigen." A pumpkin appeared in Fubuki's cloak hand. "Go ahead."

*With pumpkin in hand, the thrid hand, Fubuki motions for it to be thrown. He does this relatively quick, to give the pumpkin more momentum. The pumpkin was thrown, rolling a bit too loosely from the middle finger, messing up the chances of it flying at maximum speed.*

I need to work on that...

Tigen nods a bit, the pumpkin dissipating before it hit... well... nothing. "Okay, Okay, working on your throwing... HOWS ABOUT THIS?" Tigen snaps his fingers and a hole opens up next to Fubuki. A pumpkin pops out with a happy face. Tigen then splits his Magnifiers into the Multipliers, making there 100 Multipliers in total. They were half the size of a Magnifier "Fubuki, you must hit all 100 of these Multipliers at least once with a pumpkin. That hole under that pumpkin leads straight to the Eternal Pumpkin Patch, so you can never really run out. Maybe you should work on splitting the hand into more hand strains to pick up pace...? That is, if you think you're ready..."

*Fubuki was a litle confused on what he had to do. He had to hit each magnifier, but with one pumpkin? He took a deep breath, and began exerting pulses of chakra through the cloak arm. It gained a distorted look, and bagan to merge into a separate arm. It was a slow process, but the results might be worth it.*

Tigen nodded "Use as many pumpkins as you need. As long as you hit them all, YOU WILL BE TRAINING GREATLY!" Tigen clapped for no apparent reason. "Hm... Tigen wonders if it would be better if they moved... Or are you ready for moving targets yet? Depends on how well you throw with that arm.."

*As the hand split into two, They grabbed at two pumpkins. Now that Fubuki had the pumpkins, he decided to wait for the manifiers to line up in such a fashion that they would reflect into each other.*
