The Uchihaban

Seeing how we've totally grown past what I thought possible, I think it's time to lift the Uchihaban. So, now Uchihas are allowed on the Nightmare, but will be watched VERY closely. Especially their Mangekyou techniques IF the Mangekyou is achieved. That being said, still none of that Uchiha/Hyuuga hybrid bullshit. That's still a big no-no.

The Uchihas will also be monitored on their use of the copying eye.

Meh, I just hope I won't have to ban them again.

I still say no...Because they are all dead anyway...The only uchiha left is Sauske...Its like having a tailed beast (jinchuriki) we all know who the hosts are, and no one wants one because the hosts are clear in the naruto universe. Im tired of the "no im the REAL last uchiha, itachi didnt kill me!!!" or the "I come from a distant uchiha clan that wasnt influenced by konoha!!!".

And since we all have problems with ppl biting our moves, It wouldnt set right with me if someone copied something of mine (which is impossible because all my moves are blood line) so I too will be keeping a watchful eye over those who are uchiha...because they can never come up with their own mangekyou ideas (they dont know that itachis mangekyou is specific to him) and its always a problem

JUST BECAUSE YOU SEE A MOVE COMING DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE FAST ENOUGH TO DODGE/REACT TO IT!!!

And dont get me started on the..."that was a genjutsu...that was not the real me" bullshit...if i see any of that im gouging eyes...

Umm I too think that they should still be banned.. Pretty well because people just don't know how to use it and will use it in such bullshit ways that make no sense. the sharingan is cheap even in naruto.. so when people start using it in rps things just get out of hand .

But yeah. ..like say someone copyies one of my strong dark moves or something even if not being connected to my kekei genkai they still should be impossible to use by lets say a gennin uchiha .. who wouldn't have nearly enough chakra control to use it.

I am going to kill any Uchihas I find that I think don't know how to use the sharingan..

I will also be killing noob uchiha... and uchiha that piss me off period

ok i would like to make a couple of suggestion that will aid in not having sharingan annoyances,but first i will give a little info on it

ok the sharingan has tree parts to it but the one every one loves is the copying eye. now this eye can copy virtually any jutsu that is not blood limit...however just because it was copied does not mean it can be used. one must practice and master the move it copied.

now my suggestion is the person who copied the move must train for it. once they master the move they will place the move and the URL of the place they acquired the move and they shouldn't be allowed to copy a move from a person two ranks above them. also.

the mangekyou can be obtained in 3 ways seen on naruto) one killing you best friend, two taking the eye of your dying comrade, and three(not sure how sasuke did it ask kham) now i suggest now genin be allowed mangekyou..if they want a mangekyou they must first acquire a friend and kill them(you cant use character you control) also the jutsu that comes with the mangekyou. one of them is stander and the other is unique to the user. like kakashi's void thingy. no other person may obtain this move and mandara's space time shit. thats just a few of my helpful advice you may take it or leave it

Why dont you just let them do a dice roll for copying someones moves and they cant copy Kekkei Gankai so it wont even happen? And the same with genjutsu, there should be a dice roll for being caught in genjutsu, and the people fighting should roll dice according to their rank.

yeah genjutsu is rarely used so we never came up with rules..plus my way means i dont ave to watch them so closely heheheh im lazy

Still if the rule was made, there would be a wider range of skills among the people, since now people only really use taijutsu and ninjutsu, they could us genjutsu too.

And like I said, the copying can be done by a simple dice role.

yeah genjutsu is weird and no one would let it hit them. even if you roll they will just say "im cool so i break out of it"

The person if caught would have to roll to get out of it. Though I agree it is weird.

Actually...the best sure proof way to get out of a genjutsu is for someone with a higher chakra level than yours to snap you out of it...and putting someone in a genjutsu is relative to how much stronger they are than you. So if zeik puts me in a genjutsu he would have some trouble maintaining in because I have more chakra than him, but all the while I could just have gaia snap me out of it...

if atra put fenri in a genjutsu It could go either way

Im not saying anyone has to have them or not, Im just giving the possiblity of widening the range of skills that people have to make the battles more interesting. I dont know if anyone wants them or not, Im just saying that maybe that would help out some people would like to use it but really cant

Ok then here goes.

When someone uses genjutsu, both attacker and defender will complete a dice roll according to their rank. Genin and Chunnin will roll one dice, Special Jounin, Jounin and Anbu will roll two dice, and Sannin and Kage will roll three dice. Whomever has the higher number after totalling the rolls, wins. In the case of the attacker winning the roll, the defender is caught in genjutsu until their next turn of posting, where they can try to break the genjutsu again, if they wish. One who wishes to try to break the genjutsu again, must simply complete another dice roll according to their rank and if that dice roll is higher than the attackers original genjutsu dice roll, than the genjutsu is broken. If not, then the defender is still under the influence of the genjutsu. If the defender wins the first dice roll the genjutsu fails.

Normally I thought this up without considering Special Jounin, so normally it goes by twos, but throw them in the mix and its much more complicated. Antagonists would have to be classified by a higher up and receive a 'rank' according to their skill with the genjutsu.
