Quickly shuffling from his slumped position on his workdesk, Sedgar quickly rushes to the door and opens it. Now was one of the few times he'd actually locked it.. "May I help yo-- Ah, Aeon, good to see you~"

Sedgar beckons Aeon and co. into the lab, getting out a blank blueprint and sitting down at the frontmost desk. "Well, have a seat then and name the device."

I want a practice orb. Specifically one extremely resistant to Lightning and shredding/slashing
-=I stand up to draw Fulmination.-= I'll allow you to scan it so you can make a material resistant to my Lightning. But if you could don't distribute it around alot.

"An orb.. This is kind of vague.. do you mean an orb large enough to become a training arena, or the orb that you can hold in your hand like a snow globe?" He gets up and carefully takes Fulmination, examining it fully. "If you don't mind, I'll have this scanned in one of the weapon scanning machines. This won't do any lasting harm to the weapon, but it will drain it for about a day. Than and I'd like to have the rights to retain this information, for my own personal research. In return, I'll grant you your orb without any material or chakra surcharge."

Hmm, =-I place my hands on my chin-= Try this, =-I grab Fulmination from you and reach into my pocket pulling out a gem...full of Lightning Chakra.-=

How bout we get Fulmination out of the picture. =-I hand you the Lightning Gem-= It's full of Lightning Chakra and the material is strong. I mined that back when I was a Special Jonin. It's grown in power since then. I'd like the orb to be about the size of a medicine ball, a large one-=

He examines the gem, noting its power in his hands despite his own lack of a chakra system. "So, then.. you're allowing me to use this in order to create this orb?"

Of course you can use the gem. Keep any left overs that exist. Of course you'll be paid. =-I pull out a single coin, worth alot-=
Just not Fulmination. =-I rub on the flat side of it-=

His eyes slightly widened. "O-oh my, you thought I was going to keep your weapon? Hah, I'd never dream of it. I'm no good with chakra-based things.. But I do appreciate the material donation, as well as the generous payment." He began sketching blueprints for the orb, examining and scanning the gem in several machines as he did so.

"The device should be ready within 24 hours, so you can return then~"

He tips his head at the four departing, before getting back to work. It'd be a long night for him..

He moves into the main workroom, carrying both the gem and a long sheet of data on the thing. Certainly was complicated for such a small gem... He first observed the physical materials needed, quick;y realizing that he'd need to use some of his more rare materials for this item. He was running out...

Molding the materials neatly into a ball-like structure, he made the orb hollow in the end. This would allow for a cleaner containment, other than a simple dense crystal ball. He then observed the chakra reading from his long sheet of outdated computer paper, noting quickly that this would be.... the longest and most complicated signature he;d ever done.

Sighing in fear and anxiety, he reluctantly grabbed his black goggles and a needle-like thing from one of the chakra chambers. It was now that he realized why Aeon had paid him so well.. this was a tough job. The needle's tip lit to life with a green glow, and he started on the first line and circle design on the surface of the ball..

=-I return a day later. I knock on the door-=

Sedgar looks up, shouting towards the door. "It's open!" He continues working on the insanely complicated Chakra signature on the orb; by now he's nearly completed. All that's left is the actual powering up of the device now..

=-Walking into the room I look toward Sedgar-=
It's been awhile...you got it done?

Just finishing the last sign on the orb as Aeon spoke, Sedgar rose and smiled. "Just about.. all that's left id for it to be tested." He lifts the orb, offering it to Aeon. "Try infusing some of that lighting chakra of yours.."

Hm =-I nod as I grab the orb. My hand begins to glow as Lightning begins to spark slowly, it then becomes larger as the Lightning strike the orb all around. It seemed to be resistant to this level of Lightning. It wouldn't be able to take an immense amount, but enough for the Rasenkiri training, enough for what I paid for-=

This'll work well..

He smiles, relieved that one of his inventions actually worked well the first time. "Ah, glad to hear it~ If you ever need anything else you know where to find me. Enjoy the orb~"
