The Pokemon Aspect

In this forum, in addition to the Ninja RP, there is an optional Pokemon aspect.

In order to catch the pokemon you must go to the respective home of the pokemon and catch it. You will activate the dice roll ath the end of the post that you catch it in and you may or may not catch it.

Shinobi Ranks and Pokemon Availability:

Old site members can get their pokemon immediately.

Genin: Rank 2 - Baby Pokemon - Basic Pokemon (Magby/Elekid - Charmander/Lapras)

Chunin: Rank 3 - 2nd Stage Pokemon that Evolve by Level Up(Gyarados/Wartortle)

Jounin: Rank 4 - 3rd Stage Pokemon that Evolve by Level Up (Blastoise/Pidgeot)

Anbu: Pokemon that Evolve in a Special Way (Stones, Happiness, Trade, etc.)

Akumu: Legendaries >>NOTE<< Each Legendary is a special case and must be submitted to Kham or Zero individually

::Rules for Catching::

You must roll the dice as you throw the pokeball. ::NOTE:: The number of throws directly correlates to the rank of the pokemon. Genin= 1 Chunin= 2 Jounin=3 throws.

To make a successful catch, each number you roll must exceed the level of the pokemon, i.e. Charizard, Rank 4, 3 Rolls exceeding 4

You are limited to six pokeballs per area per day.

You cannot catch pokemon above your ranking level.

You cannot catch pokemon outside of their areas of residence.

::Evolution::
Your Pokemon cannot evolve to a level higher than the rank you are, i.e. no genin with blastoise.

<<IMPORTANT>> This site works on the honor code, so if you see anybody doing anything that just doesn't look right, then notify the Akumu level Shinobi and we will look into it.

The stones can be found around the area they would be found in and other special items can be obtained after you win a battle. Each win will get you one item. Rack up the wins and evolve something.

So I've noticed that not everyone has played pokemon so not everyone knows how moves work. Not every pokemon knows every move and not every move of the type can be known by a pokemon. This means that Teddiursa CANNOT learn Guillotine even though they are both Normal types. For all the information on these things and more go to ({[>This Pokedex<]}).
