Kaerei, Spirit of the Black Swamp

Kaerei, the mysterious hermit/shaman frog girl who is the center of spirits from the black swamp. She is a loner, usually only heard singing an ominously eerie tune when people pass through her swamp "Gekogekogekori... Gekogekori.." She kills most who come to the black swamp, giving it the name. A psychopath to every extreme, less than no outside contact with other people except when she takes a life. She wears a large Japanese straw hat with large frog eyes on them, seemingly embedded with special spiritual power. She wears a shirt tight to her torso, exposing some belly, but long and flowey in the arms, flowing over her hands. Around her waist, a big puff of squishy soft fabric that poofs far outward and resist wind. She has these on her ankles, too, above her green, muck-proof shoes. She uses these as parachutes in the air when needed. Her pants are indeed very tight and flexible, so when she jumps she can reach maximum height. She has frog like abilities and is able to summon frogs and spirits. She can freely walk along water... LIKE JESUS... and leap great heights into the air, as well as move at high speeds. Her songs and her hat's eyes have special hypnotic powers to put people to sleep if heard/looked at. Her tongue reaches to great lengths and is extremely sticky. It's used for multiple purposes. (Not naughty ones, you sick people.)
