I think the little trials like the rubix cube were just for comedy's sake. xD But seriously, he'd be a beast at tag. He could climb and jump off places. People would be so pissed.

i wanted to do the EXACT same thing XD that game was truly great, and the "sequel" was pretty good to

anyway, here's my attempt at a good explanation, wish me luck

okay, so when you're landing you want to drop down a bit and lean forward until your left hand touches the ground (your left hand is used to keep your balance kind of). once your left hand has touched the ground, then you lean your right shoulder in and lightly place your right hand on the ground (your left hand should be further out than your right hand). Now with your right hand on the ground, continue leaning forward into a rolling motion (your left elbow should bend outwards and your left hand should stay firmly planted). use your left hand to keep you stable and your right hand to push you out of the roll, you should roll from the top right side of your back to the bottom left, after the roll your left leg will be beneath you and your leg out front, push off with your left leg and keep on "running"

if done correctly, the shock from the fall will be completely dispersed, you will NOT hit your head, shoulder. or tail bone or hip in the process, and the momentum from the fall will be carried on into your run

this method is reversable, so you CAN plant your right hand first and roll into your left shoulder first etc.

there are other types of rolls, but this is the one i use, if i remember the site i learned this roll from, i'll post the video up for a visual aide, if not then many of you go to school not far from me, and know many of the people i do...i might meet you one day and show you then

And yeah I remember this...a friend of mine used to free run himself and he told me it's basically neutralizing the shock by using your body as a "ground". Like concrete isn't against an opposite force, it's the same force.

Have you ever heard of Parkour? And what's the difference between that and Free running? I also heard of traceurs too, but I'm not sure I know the differences.

PARKOUR: Apparently, the man who is running is the person is a very infamous french freerunner. All of his "stunts" are real and the only thing that is "fake" are the people who get injured trying to catch him.
