i was confused about this to at first, but i found out that...

Free Running is just a combination of Tricking and Parkour, it's using the enviornment to do tricks, plain and simple.

Parkour is getting from point A to point B as quickly as possible, using any means necessary, and the bodies abilities

both are essentially the same, but their purposes are different

as for traceurs, that's just the name for someone that practices parkour, more specifically a MALE that practices parkour

Orochi, we should get Shinji and do more of this stuffsss over the summer, hell spring break is better :3

the parkour video is very good, and it also shows the roll that i was explaining you can use that as sort of a mild visual aide (since it's a shot from kinda far away)

the part is at 1:30-1:35 or so, the guy with the red bandana and the guy behind him with the blue shirt bboth do the type of roll that i do
