Alright, so I was reading through articles on this blog and I came across this.

An Indian River County Sheriff's Office arrest report said a 22-year-old man and his girlfriend got into an argument as they sat in a car in front of their home.

The report said the man would not let the woman out of the vehicle, so she threw his drink out of the car. In response, the man allegedly grabbed her arm and smashed the cheeseburger into her face. The pair got out of the car, and authorities say the man again took the McDonald's sandwich and put it on her face.

The man was released on $1,000 bond Wednesday.

I couldn't help but go 'WTF' when I read that. Like, the drink was so good he had to shove a cheeseburger in her face? Does he realize that now, instead of not just drinking, he has no food. Genius. It's a bit sad, but when I read this it reminded me of this EPIC FAIL McDonald's ad they had on the interweb a while ago.

I've never heard of Fry Supreme...(·_·); Oh! There's this place around the corner from my school called Golden's. Not so much a fast food place but I love those cheesesticks. If only I had 3.50 everyday...And don't do that Aeon. Someone could actually eat that.

That is a waste of 1 buck..just to slap someone with it.
And yea Sadira I know what you mean ((not the resturant but the concept)) There are hella food stores by my house with good ass food.

But Ford was upset with the meal his girlfriend fixed for him and they got into an argument in the kitchen. While arguing, Ford picked up the sweet potato pie his girlfriend had recently removed from the oven and slammed it into her face, according to the report.

Ford ran outside the rear door of the residence when the woman's three teenagers went into the kitchen to see what the ruckus was and saw their mom with pie on her face, according to the report.

After deputies arrived, the victim was transported to Martin Memorial Hospital South to treat the burns and blisters on her neck from the hot pie, according to the report.

Later that night deputies found and arrested Ford. He was charged with domestic battery and was released on a $5,000 on Friday, said Rhonda Irons, the Martin County Sheriff's Office spokesperson.

Australian Judge Deems Cartoons Are People Too


A Supreme Court judge in Australia has ruled that an internet cartoon in which look-a-like child characters from The Simpsons engage in sexual acts is child pornography.

In a landmark finding, Justice Michael Adams upheld a decision convicting a man of possessing child pornography after the cartoons, depicting characters modeled on Bart, Lisa and Maggie engaging in sex acts, were found on his computer.

The main issue of the case was whether a fictional cartoon character could "depict" a "person" under law.

"If the persons were real, such depictions could never be permitted,"Justice Adams said in his judgment.

"Their creation would constitute crimes at the very highest end of the criminal calendar."

Alan John McEwan had been convicted in the Parramatta Local Court of possessing child pornography and of using a carriage service to access child pornography material, the latter of which has a maximum penalty of 10 years' jail.

The male figures in the cartoons had what appeared to be human genitalia, as did the mother and the girl depicted in the cartoons.

The magistrate had said that had the images involved real children, McEwan would have been jailed.

However, he was fined A$3000 and required to enter into a two-year good behaviour bond in respect to each of the charges.

McEwan appealed the decision arguing that fictional cartoon characters could not be considered people as they "plainly and deliberately" departed from the human form.

But Justice Adams agreed with the magistrate, finding that while The Simpsons characters had hands with four fingers and their faces were "markedly and deliberately different to those of any possible human being", the mere fact that they were not realistic representations of human beings did not mean that they could not be considered people.

Justice Adams said the purpose of the legislation was to stop sexual exploitation and child abuse where images are depicted of "real" children.

However it was also to deter the production of other material, including cartoons, that could "fuel demand for material that does involve the abuse of children".

He dismissed the appeal and ordered each party to pay its own costs as it was "the first case dealing with (this) difficult issue."

McDonough, GA -- Police are looking for a man they say robbed a McDonough forestry building and then flung a cat into the air as he escaped.

Police in Henry County said they just obtained video from the incident that occurred in October at the Georgia Forestry Commission.

It shows a man stealing two axes from vehicles parked outside the commission building.

The tape also shows the forestry cat, Wildfire, greeting the man. Police say the suspect grabbed the cat and tossed it 30 feet into the air. The cat landed on a roof and then the ground, where it fled, uninjured.

According to police, the women tied up the clerk and robbed the store of cash, cigarettes and lottery tickets.

"They were all covered in black and carrying swords, so it did appear that they were dressed like ninjas," said Chief Robert Amman of the Northern Regional Police Department. "Swords, daggers could be used to seriously harm victims, so this is a very serious crime."

Police said the clerk was not harmed and is OK.

No arrests have been made and no suspects have been identified.

Rick Lekki said it was hard for him to believe that a robbery occurred across the street from his business, R and J's bar.

"It's shocking. Things like that just don't happen out here. I just can't believe it happened," Lekki said.

There's a video of this as well. Also, speaking of ninja robberies, I believe it was last year when ninjas crawled into a Dunkin Donuts and robbed them blind. When questioned, the people at the counter said they were too shocked to stop them. Who expects ninja to rob them? I unfortunately can't find the article anymore...

to the neighborhood from sight-seers and camera crews from
as far away as Russia and Japan. City officials told the
Airport Heights community council Dec. 11 that the
structure of the massive snowman was unsafe and the
spectacle increased local traffic to the point of endangerment.
